|
UNFURNISHED 3 Bedroom- 3 bath large casa with large living room-large family room - court yard with fountain. Located on a dead end street, very private, quiet and secure. Excellent location mid-town Xico.
The house is built around a lovely court yard. Lots of wood and nice cabinetry (not often found here).
Off street covered parking. A large open deck on the second floor with some views. There is an office area - kitchen includes top-of-the-line Bosch gas stove top and an oven; wonderful cabinets and wine rack. Nice stone fireplace in living room. Washer and dryer hookups. 100 amp circuits.
It is about 20 years old, clean and ready to move in.
I have more pictures if you have interest - send email to me

Hi from a couple of Xicophiles in Toronto. If the casa is still for rent, could you forward additional photos to us at debesch@rogers.com? We'd also like to know more precisely where it is located in town, and whether it might (in the longer term) be for sale. We've been looking for a place for some time (it would initially be for holidays, and eventually for retirement), and this is the nicest house I've seen online.
Saludos y gracias,
Deborah and Phil |

| I see that you are the one to contact when we decide to move down and look for a rental for the first year. This house is absolutely gorgeous! It makes me ill when I think about how expensive rent is here compared to down there. Thanks for sharing! |

armymustang- Comparatively speaking renting in our area is MUCH less expensive than most of the U.S. rentals. You can find nice, clean places for as little as 2000 pesos a month. Come on down _________________ http://www.vivaveracruz.com/blog/ |

I should add that this rental is probably available for no less than 6 months and more likely a year - It is NOT FURNISHED - you will need to bring your refrigerator.
It is a very nice rental for a longer term.
Also someone asked if this place might have an option to buy or become a for sale casa at so point. Definitely not a future sale. _________________ http://www.vivaveracruz.com/blog/ |

I saw this house, that is owned by the parents of one of the landlords of a "v.v. forum" member, in late April. Las Seņoras V. (the owner & her sister-in-law) showed a friend and me the home. When we inquired about the rental price, she said that they wanted $7500 mp/month.
Perhaps rental pricing is as "loco" as the "asking prices" for houses for sale. No rhyme, nor reason, nor consistency. Go figure. |
